The sport of MMA has no shortage of up and coming and exciting fighters announcing themselves onto the scene. There are 100s of prospects out there, but many fall victim to the hype, and ultimately fade away into obscurity. With this in mind, let's take a look at a young, undefeated prospect with all the skills to go the full way.

Sean Brady is a 27-year-old mixed martial artist, fighting out of Renzo Gracie Philadelphia and currently holds an undefeated professional record of 13-0. Brady has fantastic, crisp striking and also boasts a BJJ black belt under Daniel Gracie, making him on paper one of the most dangerous up-and-comers in the UFC.
The Philadelphia native is currently 3-0 in the UFC, picking up victories against great fighters such as Ismail Naurdiev and Court McGee. In his most recent bout, Brady finished dangerous knock-out threat Christian Aguilera with a nasty guillotine in the second round, and put many of the division's fighters on notice. With his first finish inside the UFC Octagon, Sean will look to keep the streak going and fly up the rankings.

The question is, and this is the same with many prospects, would they be able to handle the big stage and compete when it matters most? Well, Brady held the CFFC Welterweight Championship, and defended it twice before being signed to the UFC. The 27-year-old currently has three title fights under his belt, all of which he finished inside two rounds.
The former CFFC title-holder isn't known for being a finishing machine, but has shown us in just under half of his fights, he has the ability to close out bouts and do so viciously. Brady has looked phenomenal in the majority of his MMA pro fights, whether this be on the feet or in the grappling exchanges, he has shown to fans everywhere that he is comfortable where ever the fight takes place.

Now that we've taken a look at the skills and accolades he brings to the welterweight division, let's have a look at some potential match-ups which make the most sense.
Whether or not Sean will be handed a top 15 opponent is yet to be seen. But, if we see the same high-level performances, it may not be too long before we see him take on one of the division's top guys. Brady has expressed his desire to fight UFC legend "Ruthless" Robbie Lawler, however at the present time this fight may not be achievable.
There are a long list of fighters who would be a great match up for Brady, including the likes of Anthony Pettis and Alex Oliveira. Another win for the young prospect would definitely see him break into the division's top 15, but only time will tell as to whether Sean Brady can live up to the hype and extend his undefeated record.
