Former UFC middleweight champion Luke Rockhold has revealed he's decided against retirement and is planning a return to the octagon.
Despite revealing in October that it was 'very' possible he'd never fight again, Rockhold has had a change of heart and plans on returning to action in the future, he told ESPN on Sunday.
When asked why he decided to continue fighting, Rockhold said: "Because I felt like it."
The 35-year-old beat Chris Weidman for the middleweight strap back in December 2015, but immediately lost the title in his first defence against Michael Bisping in mid-2016.

Since the loss to the Brit, Rockhold has only managed to pick up one win in three bouts, being KO'd in back to back fights against Yoel Romero and Jan Blachowicz.
Despite his most recent fight taking place at light heavyweight, Rockhold has revealed he plans to return to the 185lb division.
Winless since September 2017, Rockhold will look to get his career back on track before it's too late and is so far looking at a return the octagon towards the end of 2020.
