Earlier this week, Luke Rockhold announced plans to return to the octagon later this year, despite considering retirement, and it seems he's got a couple of opponents in mind for his return fight.
The former middleweight champion revealed in an interview with Submission Radio that he'd love to take on either Darren Till or Jack Hermansson, eager to fight someone with a name as he attempts to push himself back towards the top of the middleweight division.
“There’s Darren Till, there’s the grappler kid, the Norwegian kid, he looks good. Hermansson, Hermansson looks tough, I want somebody who means something"

Till is coming off a close decision loss to Robert Whittaker last month, but with questions asked about Rockhold's chin, a fight with a heavy hitter like the Englishman seems unwise at this point.
Hermansson is coming off an impressive first rofirst-roundund submission win over Kelvin Gastelum, with many speculating a title fight was in the near future for the 32-year-old, so a fight with Rockhold would feel like a step back for him.

It was previously reported that Rockhold was interesting in running it back with Chris Weidman, following the All American's successful return to the middleweight division last weekend.
