LFA fighter Joaquin Buckley will make his UFC debut on Saturday after taking a short-notice fight with Kevin Holland.
Buckley fought as recently as last Friday when he beat Jackie Gosh at LFA 87, but when opportunity knocks, seize it and that is exactly what the middleweight is doing.

The news was first reported on Twitter by MMA Junkie writer Nolan King, with him tweeting the following:
"#Breaking: Kevin Holland will fight on Saturday against promotional newcomer Joaquin Buckley (9-2) at middleweight, per multiple sources. Buckley won at @LFAfighting last Friday. Story coming to @MMAjunkie"
.
Holland was scheduled to fight last Saturday, but was forced to sit it out after his opponent, Trevin Giles, collapsed shortly before the fight.

Trail Blazer made it clear he was willing to fight just about anyone in an effort to force his way into the octagon and he's got what he wanted, with Buckley jumping at the chance to make his UFC debut, eight days after his last fight.
