Former UFC fighter Brett Johns has signed a multi-year deal with Bellator, ESPN reported earlier.
Johns, who's record currently stands at 17-2 recently completed his UFC contract and decided to test free agency before making his next move, resulting in his move to Bellator.

The Welshman is an exciting pick up for Bellator and is leaving the UFC on a two-fight winning streak. Johns last fought back on Fight Island on July 19th when he beat Montel Jackson by decision.
The 28-year-old leaves the UFC having compiled a 5-2 record in the octagon and is sure to be a real player in Bellator's bantamweight division.
It's currently unclear when Johns' first fight with his new company will take place.
